This talk focuses on the common signs and symptoms of anxiety and depression to watch for in yourself or the family members you care for. It will also cover how these conditions can impact your household and introduce initial steps for addressing these challenges.
About the Trainer: Dr Cheryl Loh is Chief and Senior Consultant, the Department of Psychological Medicine at Changi General Hospital. She completed her speciality training in Singapore and her current work in CGH now largely involves adolescents and adults with mood and anxiety disorders, and those with concurrent medical and psychiatric conditions. She has a special interest in adolescent mental health, particularly mood disorders, suicidality and deliberate self-harm.
