Changes and adjustments through various seasons in life bring about an array of emotions. On one hand, happiness and excitement about prospects of new beginnings; and on the other, stress and anxiety from uncertainties these transitions may bring.
Join us as we explore different kinds of transitions, looking specifically at changes in young adulthood. These include entering University, graduation and entering the workforce, relationships and marriage etc. Since these transitions are part and parcel of adulting, let’s learn how to navigate through these seasons, well!
This talk is for young adults aged 22 – 35 years old.
Sign UpAbout the Speaker, Abigail Lee
Abigail is a Registered Counsellor and Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor who specialises in working with children, adolescents, individuals and families across a range of issues. With a heart in reaching out to work with children and their families using developmentally appropriate interventions, she founded Healing Hearts Centre. She is also currently the President of the Association for Play Therapy (Singapore), the Secretary of the Association of Christian Counsellors (Singapore) and sits on the working committee of the Play Therapy in Asia Summit.
